1.Introduction
At Elleiky, we prioritize providing you with a pleasant experience every time you order on our site. However, you may occasionally need to return the items you ordered.
This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines our terms for accepting return requests and issuing refunds. It also explains when we will not be able to accept return requests or issue refunds.
2.Period and conditions for accepting return requests
In accordance with the rules established in this Returns and Refunds policy, Elleiky offers the possibility of returning the majority of items ordered within 7 days of the delivery date.
We do not accept returns for any reason after the above return period has elapsed.
You can request the return of an item purchased from Elleiky, during the prescribed period, for the following reasons (See F&Q)
3.Items that cannot be returned
We do not accept returns of certain categories of products for health and hygiene reasons
The safety of our customers is our priority, so some categories may not be returned for health or hygiene reasons, or if they are in danger of deteriorating or expiring rapidly. You are only eligible for a return and refund for these items if you received the wrong product, or if you received a defective, damaged, or counterfeit item. You are only eligible for a refund for these product categories with cause for a change of mind.
We do not accept returns of personalized items
We do not accept returns of used or worn products unless the reason for return is related to malfunction or damage to the product from reasonable use (per manufacturer’s instructions for use) during the warranty period returns.
Elleiky is not required to accept returns, except where the items were damaged or found to be defective upon delivery, or are different from the items originally ordered.
We do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery
We do not accept returns of used or worn products unless the reason for return is related to malfunction or damage to the product from reasonable use (per manufacturer’s instructions for use) during the warranty period returns.
4.Returns packaging
When returning an item for any reason, you must return it in the exact condition you received it from Elleiky, with its original packaging and all tags attached.Â
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. So make sure they are properly packed and cannot be damaged on the way.
You must not include in the packaging of the returned item any item that is not part of the returned item as originally received from Elleiky. You must completely delete and dispose of all personal data concerning you and/or a third party that may be present in an article.
Elleiky will not be responsible for items mistakenly contained in a returned package, nor for any data breach resulting from a failure to dispose of personal data contained in a returned item.
5. Refunds
If we accept your return, or if you prepay but do not receive an item, we aim to refund the purchase price of the item within 7 days.
For nonconforming, faulty, or damaged items, you will also be refunded the full delivery costs of the returned items, once your return has been processed.
If the return is not the result of an error by Elleiky, you will not receive any refund of delivery costs.
The refund request form must indicate the method(s) of payment for receiving refunds available to you.
6. Rejected Return and Refund Requests and Forfeiture
All items are inspected upon return to verify the reasons for a return provided.
If your return request is not approved by Elleiky, you will receive no refund of the purchase price or delivery charges, and we will make 1 redelivery attempt within 7 business days.
If the re-delivery attempt has failed, we will notify you immediately that we will hold the item for a further 30 days from the date of initial notification. Our notification will include details of the pickup location and hours of operation.
If you do not collect the item within the required time, you will lose the item, i.e. the item will become the property of Elleiky and Elleiky may dispose of it as it sees fit, for example by sale, charitable donation, recycling, or destruction.
7. No exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive an item of a different color or size, please return the item in question and place a new order, the return costs are your responsibility in this case.
